The acquisition and the use of knowledge and qualifications will improve personal development, self-esteem, employability skills and participation in the European labor market. Then, young people will get rid of the feeling of exclusion and they will make living in the village an advantage. In the created jointly with Tarım A.Ş. , TAGEM, TFTAK, CTC and Central Research Institute for Food and Feed Control(CRIFFC), it is envisaged to provide experience and technical knowledge to develop useful intellectual outputs and to realize informative multiplier events.

The project will increase the social participation of individuals by making agricultural activities more interesting, increasing the production and exports, by including young people in the project and creating employment.
